Ok well the first thing you should know about me is that I don't like talking about myself! But here goes anyway....
I am a Dutch born Kiwi, which means I was born in the Netherlands but emigrated to New Zealand with my family at a young age. I grew up in Governors Bay (just over the hill from Christchurch) but now live further south near the mountains.
As soon as I learnt to read English my nose was never out of a book. I LOVE reading. It's pure escapism for me and its one of the things that keeps me sane in life. Through my love of reading, I am also discovering a passion for writing.
If it's not a book in my hand then it's a camera. I was a teenager when I first started taking photos and over the years my photography skills evolved as fast as those old cameras did.
I love going on adventures with my camera in hand and sharing my photos online so I hope you enjoy visiting my site and reading my blog posts.
